2. Services & Professional Fees

  • Service Delivery: We provide consultation, PACRA business registrations, ZRA tax filing assistance, Smart Invoice setups, and professional bookkeeping services. All services are delivered based on the data and records provided by the Client.
  • Fee Structure: All pricing listed on our individual service pages is denominated in Zambian Kwacha (K). Fees are subject to updates based on changes to regulatory authority baseline fees.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms (One-Time, Monthly, or Annual) are explicitly stated per service listing and must be settled prior to application submissions to government bodies.

3. Tutor LMS / Educational Courses

  • Account Security: When creating an account to access our corporate training tracks, you must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Intellectual Property: All course materials, lectures, videos, text, and structures are the sole intellectual property of Cornerstone Compliance & Accounting and may not be redistributed without formal written consent.
